About Us
A close,
inclusive, and humane perspective
We combine our expertise in clinical psychology, human development, and social pedagogy with a holistic view of the systems in which we live, ranging from family dynamics to the functioning of organizations. As Latin American professionals who have lived in Germany for a decade, our approach is rooted in our personal experience of migrating and adapting. This experience allows us to deeply understand the challenges of the migration process, offering close and expert support that is not limited to this area but embraces all facets of human, personal, and professional well-being.
Macarena Valenzuela
Clinical Psychologist for children, adults, couples and families.
Psychologist with experience in individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as supporting individuals through migration processes. Specializing in perinatal mental health, family therapy, and crisis support, I have worked in clinical and psychosocial settings in both Germany and Chile. In addition to my professional experience, my own history of migration and my life as a mother of four have been profoundly transformative. These experiences allow me to understand, from a more human and relatable perspective, the challenges involved in adapting to a new environment, maintaining relationships, and caring for emotional well-being in times of change. I work with adults, adolescents, and children in both Spanish and German.
Rodrigo Falcón
Clinical Psychologist adolescents, adults, couples, institutions and companies
I am a clinical psychologist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in change and migration. I also develop and lead numerous workshops and classes aimed at promoting mental health, combining a clear and explanatory approach with practical tools for emotional self-regulation. Another important part of my professional development has been working with companies and their teams, intervening at various organizational levels to promote improvements in communication and relationships within multicultural teams, drawing on my own experiences with learning and migration. Both personally and in the business world, I focus on listening, analyzing, and proposing joint action plans to foster a better understanding of processes and the effective development of new tools for personal growth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples in Spanish and English.
Stefany Doorman
Personal Development Facilitator, Social Pedagogue
I have been living in Germany for several years now. Here, like many migrants, I started over from scratch: I studied social work and became a mother. In recent years, I have focused on leading workshops with migrant groups, participating as a workshop facilitator at women’s conferences, and working on various activities with transcultural families and mothers. My work focuses on transculturality, migration, and integration, as well as on personal development processes that help people connect with themselves and better understand their needs and their path. I work with different techniques and methods that encompass bodywork, meditation, psychology, and art, so that each person can explore themselves holistically, since no one knows better than we do what we need.
